JellyFish Lighting
Summer Internship 2026
Summer Internship 2026
During the summer of 2026 I landed an internship with JellyFish Lighting. JellyFish Lighting manufactures and installs their own outdoor color changing lighting system.
My responsibilities included making a variety of different marketing materials for both print and web formats. It was a great time, I learned so much and it was a lot of fun working with an established brand guidelines.
Easter Themed Landing Page
This assignment was a bit intimidating at first but once I got the ball rolling, it all came together quite nicely. I created two different color ways as you can see below, as well as made web and mobile versions for both. I have included a version of both the colors ways in different formats below.

Spec. Diagrams
For this weekly assignment, I remade these light specification sheets and diagrams. The ones previously made had several issues and did not have clean edges or were not accurate. So, I went in and remade all the fixtures in illustrator and came up with a more modern design for it all.
Hats!
As someone who loves a good hat myself. This assignment I knew would be fun before I started. I mostly stuck to the same format and focused more on creating cool color variants of the logo that went with styles of hats that I know to be comfy and popular.
Truck Wrap Designs
I certainly did not think I would be designing a truck wrap when I first landed this internship. Though when the idea was proposed to me, I knew it would be a super fun challenge. I got to work and came up with 4 different ideas, 2 of which I liked and thought would work well. Jared, my supervisor, gave me the idea of making one look like a race car and I think that might have turned out to be the best one. So thanks Jared!
JellyFish Digital Stickers
Here is a set of digital stickers I made to be used on various different occasions. I ended up using some of the Easter ones for the Easter themed landing page I created for JellyFish. I got most of my inspiration from old fruit stickers which have fun and simple designs with colors that really pop.
State Specific Tri-Folds
When approaching this Tri-Fold brochure project, I thought it would be a cool idea to make a design that could be altered to fit each main location where most of JellyFish’s clientele resides. My supervisors agreed and told me the three main locations were Florida, Utah, and Texas and so I found images and color palettes that fit each place.
